5 Summer Hair Styles Featuring Luxy Hair

I have vivid memories of being a little girl and playing with my doll that had long blond hair. She came with a book that gave step-by-step instructions on how to do ALL kinds of braids-- fishtail, inside out, french, you name it! I would practice relentlessly until I mastered each of them and was then able to do them on my own hair. One of the reasons I LOVE having extensions is to incorporate fun braids. Extensions are great for creating volume and length. They are easy to use and easy to care for. I have fairly thick hair to begin with, but once it's all braided you would never know it without my extensions!

I love Luxy because they make the process so simple...

1) Pick your weight (I have the 220 gram set)

2) Pick your color (I have Ash Blonde #60)

My five favorite styles for summer:

1. Crown Braid
2. Low Fish Tail Braid
3. Pony Braid w/ scarf
4. Inside out side braids
5. Messy Top Knot w/ scarf

I've partnered with Luxy Hair to bring you these five summer hair styles, that with a bit of practice, anyone can master! Check out the pictures and video and let me know what you think! You can also check out Luxy Hair's YouTube Channel for many more ideas!

  1. Really enjoyed your hairstyles! I have feeling that the first one was inspired by the Game of thrones series, am I right?) Only when I finished watching your video I realized that you have extensions. That was an eye-opening for me, because I was watching video and felt myself jealous for your beautiful hair mass. It’s a pain that nowadays culture prefer shorthaired guys, and all guys with Russel Brand type of hair are considered as gay. Don’t want to start any satire topics here, but times of great wars has past. Now men can have longer hair, but society is to slow in changing.
