Oil Rubbed Bronze Spray Paint

I bought a can of Oil Rubbed Bronze spray paint by Rustoleum because I've heard it works great and wanted to give it a try. Here is my first whirl with it on a thrift store lamp:

I give this product a two thumbs up!! The spray paint provides a nice, smooth, even finish. I will definitely be using it again!

    The lamp came out great-that's just what I was thinking of doing to my two old table lamps. Did you sand and prime them first, or put any special sealant on afterward?

    I want to use this same paint for a brass lamp, don't think it's real brass, is there anything I need to do to prep it before? Thanks
